Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
At Stella Adornata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products must be in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon approval)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

- Contact your credit card company
- If still unresolved, contact us for assistance
Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
